Vanuatu is a small oceanic nation comprised of 83 tropical islands in the South West Pacific. It is a scuba diving destination that is located just a couple hours of flying by air from Australia. The main scuba diving attraction is considered island of Espiritu Santo, famous for its pleasant semi-tropical climate and white sandy beaches. Climate in Vanuatu: Vanuatu's winter is in fact dry season of the year, the average winter temperature is approximately 23°C (April - October), while in summer (i.e. from November to March) the temperature averages 28°C. The average water temperature stays around 26°C. Scuba divers who dove in Vanuatu recommend that you wear 3mm drysuit.
